Dhadak is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion. As a part of the south asian community, we will stand against racism and we ask you to do the same. We stand together with the black community and hope for justice and reform in our country. Now is the time to speak up for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and all others. Like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Said, “There comes a time when silence is betrayal.”

As a minority group it is our responsibility to come together and support one another. We need to be loud about what we believe since we are stronger when we are all united. That’s why It is our duty to stay informed and to be involved because tragedies like this will continue to impact our black brothers and sisters. The heartbreak their community is facing right now should be felt by all of us because, as people of color, we should know that all lives can’t matter until black lives matter.
